I have 36 years of work experience in the foodservice industry where I have held various roles and managed the 360° business organization.
In M25 Consulting I deal with strategic development, business organization, M&A and Temporary management.
Who am I?
Married and father of 3 children, with a strong passion for outdoor sports such as skiing, golf, hiking in the mountains, and especially sailing.
I began my career, starting in my college years, in the management of the family business: I have inherited and learned the passion and dedication to work, which has always distinguished me, from my father.
I later gained 36 years of experience in the coffee and foodservice industry, in Italy and abroad. I grew up in Gruppo Cimbali spa and I am proud to have contributed to the company’s growth, holding various roles and knowing the company’s organization at 360°. I have developed various skills over the years: business development, managing complex sales networks, opening and managing foreign subsidiaries, product marketing, managing a business unit, training, founding and managing academies, marketing and strategic marketing, and acquisitions of Italian and foreign companies.
I have always been dedicated to non-profit and trade associations with the vision that in Italy we need to systemize, to be united, to all create the wind together and then exploit it each one as it can, with its own boat and sails.
I am IEI President, a member of the Scientific Committee of the Consortium for the Protection of Traditional Italian Espresso and the national coordinator of the Rito del caffè emblematic communities and I am personally involved in the candidacy of Italian Espresso Coffee as an intangible asset toUNESCO.

Today I feel the need to go back to the basics, to improve the quality of life, to have the freedom to choose projects and people, and to give back to the community. I also founded M25 Consulting by making myself available for free to all young people who need to approach the world of work.
