Code of conduct

Our values define who we are and what we aspire to, which is why we have developed a code of professional conduct: guiding principles that govern our actions, aimed at helping clients in implementing distinctive improvements and becoming a great team that attracts, motivates and develops exceptional people.

In emphasizing personal responsibility, our code of conduct outlines expectations of associates, partners, colleagues, contractors, consultants, and other suppliers to act consistently in all of the following areas:

They provide the guiding principles that shape our actions with the dual benefit of helping our clients to make distinctive, tangible and lasting improvements and thus, over time becoming a great team that attracts, motivates and develops exceptional people.

When faced with complex situations, we invite everyone to challenge themselves, to consult with each other among colleagues, to determine which course of action is most consistent with our values, therefor we have given ourselves a code of professional conduct that highlights our personal responsibility for professional conduct.
