Realizing the importance of vocational training, M25C has designed an Academy targeting companies that want to create an academy or enhance their own and corporate museums to help them emphasize corporate history and identity through educational and scientific popularization paths. We have developed a network with various universities that allows us to offer an easy connection between universities and the world of work.
M25C Academy
The scientific committee
The scientific committee of our academy is made up of professionals and professors, chosen for declared expertise and notoriety from various Italian and foreign universities. The disciplines range from Design to Chemistry, from Economics to Law, from Sustainability to History and Sensory Analysis.
We are able to create and certify educational programs in various fields, with a predilection for the coffee and foodservice industries.
Certify through a team of sensory judges the organoleptic characteristics of a food product or the ergonomics of equipment.
The creation and development of corporate and business museums, historical popularization routes. Networking between museums and universities, and conferences on cultural, scientific or business issues.
Support the innovation team with lateral thinking and design thinking pathways to challenge the status quo.

I am an independent researcher with studies in Aeronautical Engineering at Poilitecnico di Milano; I have been working on the Physics of Living Matter together with theoretical physicists Prof. Emilio Del Giudice (INFN Milano) and Prof. Giuseppe Vitiello (Un. Salerno). In particular, the studies focus on the properties of aqueous solutions in living matter with the emergence of supramolecular organization both from the theoretical and experimental point of view for chemical-physical phenomena and regenerative effects on cell lines. I have participated in numerous international scientific conferences and continue to publish scientific papers. I am now interested in practical applications in the world of “food” for the ability of the supramolecular organization of aqueous solutions to modify the organoleptic characteristics of beverages and foods in general. I am passionate about aviation, flying and downhill skiing. I am married with my artist wife (photographer) and we have two children involved in sport.
Alberto Tedeschi
Engineer
Professor of Applied Engineering Physics and Acoustics at the Department of Engineering and Applied Sciences, University of Bergamo, former graduate in Engineering Management and Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering. He is mainly involved in scientific research in multiphase thermodynamic systems and complex heat transfer systems and in the study of porous media. He has passed training and participated in parabolic flight in weightlessness (ESA Zero-G) with scientific instrumentation of his own design. He has developed innovative techniques for miscoscale investigation of the coffee extraction process and its roasting, using X-ray micro-tomography, patented its use (in collaboration with Cimbali) for measuring ground coffee particle sizes and coffee panel porosity.
Married to Stephanie, he has one son and shares his free time with them in classic car rallies, listening to classical music, and doing alpine sports.
